The company has been instructed on some of the largest portfolios in the sector with their investment and institutional clients and have carved themselves a niche within the residential sector. They are looking for talented and commercially minded surveyors who can make understand the direction of an assets performance to help advise clients on investment decisions.

THE ROLE



* Preparing Red Book valuation reports primarily for land acquisition purposes including associated development appraisals
* Liaising with the team and other property professionals to source information for portfolio appraisals.
* Carrying out valuation surveys on multi unit residential investment portfolios
* Undertaking research and sourcing comparable evidence for valuation purposes;
* Undertaking valuations of existing properties and/or land;

THE PERSON



* MUST BE MRICS.
* Ideally a Registered Valuer
* High level analytical skills, looking at data to understand market trends
* Being assertive in your justification of value, but also be able to understand your clients views.
* Experienced in residential, especially portfolio valuation would be highly desirable.
