Are you available immediately for permanent work in Newbury? Do you work within warehouse and want to move into an admin career? Would you like to work for a company that really looks after their staff and offers internal progression?

You will work full time, Monday to Friday, 9:15am-5:15pm, within a small team, where you will play a key part with the smooth runnings of the day to day warehouse operations. You must be PC literate, particularly on Excel and Outlook, excellent verbal and written English is necessary and you must be highly organised. The salary is £18,000 and they require someone to start immediately.

Key responsibilities:

*Manage and order all warehouse materials, such as boxes, pallets, wrapping

*Ensure all delivery and customer details are correct and labels are printed accordingly

*Stock control administration

*Manage incoming emails, requests, queries and resolving these effectively and in a timely manner

*Manage and liaise with outsourced storage companies

*Manage the waste disposal process and dealing with recycling/disposal companies

*Undertake data analysis to produce reports as required (shipments, orders, fast moving products, percentage of parcels sent etc)

*Picking, wrapping, packing orders within defined timescales and methods

*Receive stock and deliveries, check quantities, record receipts and complete paperwork

*Dispatch orders with appropriate paperwork

*Check deliveries for any discrepancies, breakage or damage to stock

*Responsible for quality control

Qualities and Experience needed:

*Excellent written and spoken English

*Strong admin experience and skills

*Warehouse knowledge and experience

*PC literate, including Excel

*Hands on attitude, happy to get stuck in

*Hardworking and reliable
