This Vibrant and dynamic Primary school in Crawley is looking for an energetic and creative Year 5 teacher to join their team. This position is a job share 4 days a-week (Monday-Thursday). All candidates must have prior recent experience within Year 5 in a primary state school. This role is a result of an upcoming maternity leave and would be needed from November till the end of the academic year. This fabulous school was recently awarded "good" with elements of "outstanding" by Ofsted and was commended for its pioneering teaching techniques. This school prides itself on creating a learning plan for every individual child that ensures that all their needs (not only educational) are met. This school has recently expanded and is now 3 form entry. The school caters for approx. 400+ pupils with a high proportion being SEN or EAL. All applicants for this position must have the following requirements to be considered:
● Relevant teaching experience (Must be able to provide 2 teaching references)
● Teaching Qualification
● Relevant knowledge of the current primary national curriculum
● SATS experience (desirable)
● Prior experience teaching Year 3
● Eligibility to work in the UK

● Working collaboratively with the existing job share teacher,
● Providing engaging and interactive lessons,
● Planning and preparing all subjects within the current national curriculum
● Preparing all learners for SATS
● Communicating with parents and carers over pupils' progress and participating in departmental meetings, parents' evenings and whole school training events
