Our client, a well established manufacturing firm located in the Pottstown, PA area, is currently seeking an Account Manager for a Direct Hire opportunity. Candidates for the role will have experience in customer service, sales, and account management. The hours for this position will be Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm. The compensation for this position will be $18-23/Hour depending on experience. Please see below for additional details.

Responsibilities:
Duties:
- Identify and connect with key decision makers within targeted leads to initiate sales process
- Manage inbound phone calls from current or prospective client
- Answer questions from clients regarding their accounts, billing, products, services, etc.
- Process orders and work with back office to make sure there is inventory in stock to fill orders
- Support sales representatives with quotes, product descriptions, scheduling and account management

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Qualifications:
- Four-year degree preferred
- 2+ years experience in account management, sales, or customer service required
- Must have experience working in manufacturing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with a desire to succeed
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, team oriented environment
- Power to grasp new concepts quickly
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
