Are you an experienced Accounts Receivable/Billing Specialist who thrives on supporting a fast paced health care organization? Then Randstad has a DIRECT HIRE opportunity for you. We are currently seeking an A/R clerk for a dynamic, fast growing health care provider in the St. Louis Park area. This position will report to the A/R Billing Manager. This company offers competitive benefits with health, dental, vision, PTO, sick, and vacation days. This position will offer between $22-$26 hourly, and will be Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.

Responsibilities:
Direct Responsibilities:

-Input information into the billing system
-Maintain accurate and complete trust accounting records, census information, billing and resident accounts receivable statements
-Directly bill Medicare, Medicaid, private accounts and Managed Care payors
-Work directly with county and state agencies to coordinate Medicaid Pending accounts
-Collect accounts receivable balances from all payor sources to meet revenue goals
-Work directly with all residents, families and employees
-Perform miscellaneous projects and completes various tasks as requested by management

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Qualifications:

-High school graduate or equivalent required.
-Five years' medical billing experience in a health care organization required.
-Work experience in long-term care industry preferred.
-Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
-Able to gather data, compile information and prepare reports.
-Strong organizational skills.
-Strong attention to detail.
-Clear written and verbal communication skills.
