Randstad is seeking an experienced Administrative / Billing specialist for a well established commercial HVAC company in North Charleston. This position is temporary to permanent and the pay rate is $16/hr.
Upon becoming a permanent employee, full benefits will be offered.

Responsibilities:
Oversees the dispatcher to ensure the scheduling and dispatching of techs. Will answer customer service calls , gather information, issue job orders, and process daily work orders in preparation for billing. Will manage calendars, collect and maintain credit card receipts, submit monthly expense reports and support Service Department as needed.
Responsible for processing and sorting through work orders, filing as SC, WNC, PM's Quoted or Project. Will price up all T&M work orders upon management approval to close. Will process invoices according to policy.

Working hours: 6:25 AM - 4:30 PM

Skills:
Must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in administration and billing. HVAC, construction or like industry is preferred.
Proficient in Word, Excel
Minimum typing speed of 35 wpm
Attention to detail with the ability to multi task and meet deadlines.
