Randstad O & A Branch is seeking a Professional Executive Assistant to support C-Level Management of a growing company in the Memphis/Bartlett area. Do you have a positive attitude and cheerful disposition? Are you a self-starter and have a superb ability to pay attention to details? If so, we are looking for you. We're hiring an Executive Administrative Assistant to join the team for a manufacturing company.

In this business casual environment, you will greet vendors, customers, and other visitors over the phone and at the front desk while providing administrative support to the facility leaders. The ideal candidate for this administrative assistant position is organized, resourceful and a good problem solver.

Responsibilities:
As an Executive Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for general clerical functions including: scheduling International and Domestic travel, Answering phones and being the "Gate Keeper", Must have strong proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, & Excel to create PowerPoint presentations and build reports. Will also be responsible for scheduling appointments, maintaining calandars and daily agendas, meetings, and researching/gathering data for the meetings. Will also support the HR Department as needed.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

* Professional verbal and written communication meeting highest levels of customer service
* Answering telephones, directing incoming calls, and take messages
* Preparing meeting agendas, attend meetings, and record and transcribe minutes
* Computing, recording, and proofreading data and other information, such as records or reports
* Scheduling and meeting planning, including creating agendas and presentations

Qualifications:
* High School diploma or Equivalent required
* Previous administrative experience supporting a mid-size to large company
* Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Effective at planning, organization, and time management
* Positive and professional demeanor
* Ability to work independently
* Confidence working with all levels of internal and external contacts
