Seeking Executive Assistant & Administrative Assistant in Cambridge

The primary function of this role is to provide administrative support to C-Level executives & below.

Pay Rate is $25-30/hour (commensurate upon experience)

Responsibilities:
-Coordinating schedules & meetings
-Phone call screening
-Travel arrangements
-Experience with expense reports (a plus)
-General administrative & clerical tasks

Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
-Experience with MS Office Suites & MS Outlook
-Calendar Management
-Excellent verbal/written communication

Qualifications:
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
-Bachelor Degree preferred, not necessary (or 4+ years related experience)
-Minimum 2 years of experience supporting C-Level Executives preferred for Executive Assistant
