Job Summary: Provides a wide variety of administrative and staff support services to a department/division and the associated managers. May serve as administrative liaison to others within and outside the company regarding administrative issues related to purchasing, equipment, facilities and operations. Works fairly independently on most day-to day work.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities may include: scheduling and maintaining a calendar of appointments, performing various copying functions, disseminating in-coming and out-going mail, meeting planning, maintaining inventory of office supplies, preparing and distributing meeting minutes, preparing expense reports, and scheduling travel arrangements. Responsibilities include creating or assembling presentations for meetings with charts, graphs or tables; may be responsible for having publications printed. Sets up meetings with applicable software, arranges for meeting locations, prepares agendas, and gathers information for recurring committee meetings. Maintains appropriate files, documentation, logs, etc., as required. Answers a multi-line telephone, provides information, keeps accurate records and concise messages, performs discreet call screening, forwards calls as appropriate, and at all times provides excellent customer service. Responsible for coordinating the day to day budget processes for the department. Monitors the department's monthly budget. Responds to and resolves most questions and issues, referring only the most complex to the next level. Enters data into department specific database; compiles data and prepares management reports. Applies knowledge of the job to complete routine and non-routine assignments. Understands technical aspects of the job.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Required Education: High School Diploma
Required Experience: 4 + years job specific experience
