Would you like an opportunity to gain experience in the Human Resources department of a large, international company?
This position is a temporary role from July through December for an admin role in Solon, Ohio. Your previous experience with Word, Excel, Access and Kronos will pay off in this position!

Responsibilities:
You would be responsible for generating LOA packets in Kronos and shipping via UPS, retrieving and filling out various request forms in Access, picking up and documenting phone messages regarding FMLA, performing data entry, maintenance and mail merge in Word, and other various tasks to support this busy office.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

A successful candidate will
- have experience in Kronos, Leave of Absence module preferred
- be proficient in Word and Excel
- be able to navigate and enter data into Access
- answer phones, fax, ship, mail and be experienced with general operation of computers

Qualifications:
Candidates will be required to show proof of education, provide two professional references, and complete a background check and drug screen.
