Randstad Staffing of New Philadelphia has partnered with a well established financial company, in Sugarcreek, Ohio, who has an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant! If you are looking for a company that you can grow with, please apply!

Pay starts at $11.00 an hour.

Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls
Great clients, sign for packages, or assist walk ins.
Monitor email/voicemail messages
Update client data base
Send copies of paperwork to clients of completed applications
Prepare folders and refreshments for client meetings
Order supplies
Daily errands

Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
