Our client in King of Prussia, PA is seeking an Administrative Assistant to perform clerical duties for a 3 week assignment. The salary for this position is $14-16/hr.

Responsibilities:
The duties for the position are as follows:
- Use ERP software to find client contracts
- Identify correct accounts and print contracts
- Prepare contracts for mailing
- Light data entry and other clerical

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Ideal candidates will possess the folllowing:
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to prioritize and organize
- Organizational awareness
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office programs
