A well-known financial institution is hiring benefits enrollment CSR in San Antonio! If you are looking for a 4 to 5-month temporary assignment, see the position details below!

HR CUSTOMER SERVICE REP
Pay: $16/hr
Schedule: Must be available to work between 7 am and 7 pm, Monday through Friday
Location: San Antonio, TX 78251
Start: 9/20/18
Duration: Through open-enrollment at end of 2018, possible extension through January or longer

Responsibilities:
- This CSR position is primarily responsible for answering incoming telephone calls from team members in a call center environment.
- The calls are related to questions or problems team members may have related to benefit plans, payroll, policies, programs and online tools associated with human resources.
- This CSR uses traditional and online human resource systems to document transactional work and educate team members on human resource related topics.
- This job should only be used in the Corporate HR Services Center

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Skills:
- Call Center experience preferred - at least one year
- Customer service experience
- Great job tenure
- Excellent communication skills
- Logical
