We are currently seeking a professional and articulate Bilingual Call Center Representative, to fulfill a temporary role for one of our best clients in the Columbia area. This opportunity is a temporary, to possible permanent position, with potential room for growth.

Responsibilities:
- Inbound and outbound calls,
-Assisting consumers with questions and concerns,
-Documenting results within internal systems,
-Communicating via email and live chat,
-Entering orders into internal systems and following up with customers.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
- French Fluency (Speak, Read, Write)
- High School Diploma
- 2-3 years Call Center experience preferred
- Proficiency with spelling and grammar
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Type 35 wpm
