A client of ours in the West Chester area is currently seeking an Billing Specialist for a temporary opportunity. The salary for this position will range, depending upon experience, from $18.00-$20.00/hr

Responsibilities:
The duties for the position are as follows:

- Accounts Reconciliation, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable support
- Scheduling and preparing disbursements for payment authorization and customer invoicing
- Processing new credit applications (suggest credit limits and obtain references)
- Supporting the owner in all administrative tasks, calendar management, scheduling, taking calls and messages
- Running reports and typing memos
- Clerical duties such as scanning, faxing, filing, stuffing envelopes and more

Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Position Requirements/Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Accounting Clerk/Admin
- Experience working in General Ledger
- An understanding of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
- Excel/Quickbooks experience preferred but not required
- General Math Skills
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in an administrative support role
