A large well-established leader in the home protection industry based in Concord is seeking skilled Customer Service and Call Center Representatives. Highly professional environment. Temp-to-Perm $17/hour

Responsibilities:
??? Provide excellent customer service and handling up to 100 inbound calls a day
??? Servicing customer inquiries, requests, and issues
??? Booking customer appointments for Sales team
??? Initiating outbound calls to customers in regards to service status updates
??? Answer and follow-up incoming signals, alarm and issues
??? Managing outgoing phone calls and customer requests
??? Generate service requests per customer specifications
??? Conduct customer service follow up calls to ensure customers satisfaction
??? Perform any other duties as assigned

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
--Communication skills and great phone presence
--Ability to identify customer issues and find resolutions
--Ability to stay calm during escalated calls
--Type 45 WPM
--Computer literacy

Qualifications:
??? 2+ years call center experience required
??? Excellent communication and customer service skills
??? Good computer data entry and retrieval skills
??? Excellent follow through and problem-solving ability
??? Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented
??? Type 40 words/minute
??? Friendly, upbeat and positive attitude
??? Must be flexible as the schedule may include holidays, and mandatory overtime
??? Must be a Self-Starter with excellent communication skills - written and verbal
??? Ability to multi-task and make quick decisions
??? Must be eligible to work in the United States
??? Must be 18 years or older
??? High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years post-high school education preferred
