job description

The Contact Center Specialist will ensure accurate and timely completion of transactions to meet or exceed client Service Level Agreements (SLA's).
Identify and resolve both regular and non-routine problems or escalate to more proficient team members - Apply knowledge, theoretical concepts to undertake problem solving - Works on preparation of SOPs/ process transitions - Develops tactical and operational plans to achieve key milestones in the project.

Responsibilities:
- Inbound call center for Affordable Care Act. We field healthcare questions from existing and prospective members.
- Receive incoming calls from existing customers who have questions about a product or service
- Maintain professionalism with customers while handling any issues or questions
- Retrieve and enter information into the database while resolving question

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Skills:
-Ability to type 30 - 40 WPM
-06-36 months of relevant experience
-Good knowledge of multi-line phone system
-Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Qualifications:
-High School diploma or equivalent
-Experience in a call center environment a plus Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
-Sound reasoning and problem solving skills
-Ability to read, understand and follow written policies and procedures
