Randstad is searching to fill Benefits Customer Service Representative positions for a global risk management, insurance brokerage and advisory company in San Diego, CA.
We need this position filled quickly!

Benefits Customer Service Representative Job Summary:
Customers call into our client's support center and speak to you as part of our customer service team. You'll be much more than just part of a call center, you'll be a subject matter expert (paid training provided) who helps retain and grow our client's customer base. Every position we're hiring for is temporary to hire, and as our client's business continues to grow, there will be opportunity for upward mobility in specialized departments.

You'll answer questions and provide customer service support for client pension and/or health and welfare plans using web-based systems for tracking, information gathering and troubleshooting issues. You will assist with the caller's current benefit coverage, opportunities for additional coverage, help them with processing changes, update their personal data and most importantly enroll them into their new service offering.

Pay: $16.25/hr


Call Center Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday 6am-6pm
*Open availability during the hours of operation is required. Your 8 hour shift would fall between these hours, and would be the same each day. We cannot guarantee a specific shift will be assigned to you.
