We are currently working with a large benefits company located in Tempe, AZ that is actively seeking Customer Service candidates of 1-2 years of experience! If you are looking for a new opportunity or know of someone who is please read below!

Responsibilities:
Provide a high level of customer service support when handling customers questions/complaints
Quickly build rapport and respond to customers in a compassionate manner by identifying and exceeding expectations
Handle confidential information with sensitivity and discretion in accordance with HIPPAA and Data Privacy
Proficiently translate health and welfare and pension terms, plan information
Maintain and document complete and accurate call and case notes
Respond professionally to customer inquiries/complaints received via phone, email or other communication
Participate in team meetings and training

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Skills:
Minimum 1-2 years experience in a customer service setting
High level attention to detail
Computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple software's

Qualifications:
Ability to work a flexible work schedule
Must have excellent attendance and be punctual to work
Fluent in Spanish a plus
Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
