job description

We are looking to hire a Customer Service Tech Support Specialist for the following shifts:

Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm

OR

Monday - Friday: 2pm - 10pm

Responsibilities:
- Answering and responding to emails, calls & Live Chats as initial point of contact
- Maintain call logs and follow-up
- Perform administrative duties
- Learn and test software applications
- Report software problems
- Maintain Customer databases
- Data entry
- Asses data to determine if action is required
- Provide technical support to customers
- Coordinate customer contact and follow-up
- Escalate issues that are unable to be solved to appropriate individual
- Update other departments regarding customer feedback
- Prepare reports as necessary

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
--Experience with all Microsoft Office programs
--Technical interest in technology, software, and web management
--Adaptable to changing priorities
--Excellent organization and communication skills
--Self-motivated, confident, creative

Qualifications:
?? Prior customer service experience
?? Fluency in Spanish preferred (oral and written)
?? Willingness to work afternoons, nights, weekends, and holidays
