Randstad in Williamson County has an immediate opening for a customer service representative working for a large auto insurance company in the South Franklin, TN area. This is a temp to hire position with huge growth potential This position will be working 4 10 hour days~! You must be able to work a shift between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.

Responsibilities:
* Answering inbound phone calls from customers about their auto claims
* Providing excellent customer service and assistance to all members
* Data Entry
* Multitasking and Prioritizing claims as the come in the call center

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Skills:
Qualifications:
* 1- 2 years experience working in a call center environment
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Data Entry candidates need to be bale to type at leas 40 WPM
