Currently looking for a candidate for a position Call Center Rep-in Oriskany, NY

Shift Required: Flexibility is a must -

Pay Rate: $13.36/hr

Responsibilities:
Provide service and information to customers regarding products, including explaining policy features and benefits
Research and respond to requests and discuss options regarding various aspects of the policy; for example, status of claims, policy provisions, values, basic procedures, etc
Provide service to customers who possess a policy by responding to requests via telephone regarding insurance and other financial service products and benefit plans

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Previous Call Center experience preferred
Superior telephone etiquette
High School Diploma or Equivalent
