Our clients in the of Virginia Beach and Norfolk are looking for experienced Call Center Representatives for long-term projects. Qualified applicants please apply to www.randstadusa.com.

Duties Include:

-Respond to customer inquiries by telephone.
-Record customer interactions and transactions by documenting specific details of inquiries, complaints and comments.
-Address customer inquiries and resolve problems to ensure that appropriate changes are made.
-Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Skills:
Qualified Applicants:

-Must have at least 1 year of prior Call center experience
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Fast paced and deadline oriented work environment.
-Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently.
-Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of all information.
-Ability to comply with current and updated policies and procedures.
-Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products. Ability to enter data accurately.
