Our client, located in West Sacramento, CA currently has an opening for Call Center Representatives!

Responsibilities:
Candidates will be the primary point of contact for providers and beneficiaries.
Provide information and assistance to all parties
Responsible for receiving and responding to providers and billing agents inquiries and request for information.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Skills:
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
1 year of medical experience
Previous call center experience
Ability to navigate between multiple screens and programs
Korean, Arabic, Farsi, Vietnamese, Armenian, Hmong, Russian, Laotian, Cantonese, Cambodian are a plus, but not required
High School Diploma

Rate: $13.59

Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
