Are you excited to use the latest technology available within a call center? One of the largest healthcare and insurance providers is seeking driven individuals to join the organization.

Duration: 2 months with a huge change of extension or conversion
Pay: $17.00 to $18.00
Shift: 1:45 PM to 10:45 PM
Training Shift 8AM to 5PM normal business hours
Location: S Havana St Aurora CO, 80014

Responsibilities:
Inbound and Outbound Calls handling account status, complaints, and other concerns
Escalating calls through proper channels when necessary

Working hours: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED Required;
1 Year of Customer Service Call Center Experience Preferred
