We are currently hiring for Customer Service Representatives at our client in Urbandale! We are hiring candidates with all customer service experience, great communication skills and high energy to work in their fast-paced inbound call center!

These positions are 6 month temporary with opportunity for extension and/or permanent placement!

Pay Rate: $16.00/hr

Hours: Monday-Friday, shifts available from 8AM-9PM (8/hr shifts plus lunch)

Training: Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM

Responsibilities:
Job Responsibilities:
-Processing complex transactions online through inbound calls
-Thoroughly documents all conversations
-Researching and resolving routine to moderate problems
-Consistently meets set quality and performance metrics
-Works with other departments to resolve customer requests

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
- Positive attitude, people person
- Great attendance and work ethic
- Sound analytical skills
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities
- Basic understanding of MS Office and computer proficiency required

Qualifications:

- HS Diploma or equivalent
