An experienced Change Manager is needed for a large utilities company in Charlotte, NC. This position supports Change Management and internal operations communications needed to help meet high impact, departmental goals for the Gas Operations organization.

Responsibilities:
Applies all aspects of program/project change management using consistent Change Management methodology and practices including but not limited to:

- Resource planning
- Work breakdown
- Issue management
- Implementation planning
- Communication
- Resistance management and integration with other projects and activities.
- Performs routine change management consultation for projects, processes and change initiatives. Supports development and implementation of strategic program engagement approaches.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Strong communication skills

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree is required
5+ years experience working in Change Management
Experience working with Agile methodologies preferred.
