We have a great opportunity open where you would be working for the world's largest independent bottler, for retailers and A-brands with production in Europe, North America and Mexico! In the position you would be responsible for providing customer service to internal and external customers worldwide, to execute department objective and achieve business growth. The role handles all shipment of products, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely delivery.

The position is Full Time Temp to Hire opportunity. After a 90 days management will evaluate performance to be consider for permanent placement. The work hours are Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm and the salary being offered is $38,000 to $40,000 a year.

Responsibilities:
-Responsible for timely and accurate account /orders management for various customers, assigned to Region Commercial Team, via direct communication with the account???s buyers.
-Perform daily audit of open orders, including research and rescheduling of orders that are still open from previous day.
-Provide A/R with invoice management assistance to resolve short/over payments and claims; communicate issue, root cause and resolution to internal and external customers in a timely manner

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Qualifications:
-Bachelors Degree Preferred
