Position Summary:
This position is responsible for supporting the E-Clamp refurbishment program, and ceramic assembly cell.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Coordinate daily activities with E-Clamp Supervisor and/or E-Clamp Scheduler to support the E-Clamp refurbishment program as needed as well as support the ceramic assembly lead to ensure production schedule is adhered to.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by either the E-Clamp Supervisor or Scheduler
  • Operation and routine maintenance of vacuum chambers for coating deposition
  • Record Data and follow instructions both on travelers and within the Filemaker database
  • Good written and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate multitasking capabilities
  • Must be able to work in a cooperative team environment with coworkers
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, MS-Word, MS-Excel
  • Familiarity with mechanical pumps, vacuum pumps, vacuum leak testing equipment is a plus

Working hours: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Skills:
Perform process steps to include incoming inspection of re-furb platens.

  •  Inspect and evaluate incoming ceramic assemblies
  •  De-bond several different ceramic assemblies per procedure
  •  Parts cleaning and hand touch up of delicate ceramic components
  •  PVD coating of ceramics
  •  Photoresist patterning
  •  Acid stripping of metal patterns
  •  FEP spraying and bonding
  •  PA-CVD coating equipment operation
  •  Perform confirmations in SAP in real time
  •  Assure QIR's and/or QN's are created for all rejected material(s)


Qualifications (Education, Training, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, Physical Requirements):

  •  Education: High school diploma plus min. 3 year experience in manufacturing is required. College Certificate or Associates Degree is preferred. Previous work experience in vacuum deposition in a production environment is a plus.
  •  SAP experience highly preferred
