job summary:

Overall Responsibilities:

You will be an integral part of the team, ensuring that our websites are up to date, checking that content/links are correct, and direct people appropriately. You will deep-dive into what we currently have, use your background to develop a plan, then move forward and execute. As immigration updates come in, or our processes or procedures change, you'll be responsible for ensuring that they are made available and accessible for employees throughout.

The role is an ideal fit for anyone who understands the use of internal communications and information availability, but also knows how to simplify and ensure that our department's available resources and messaging is just that, available and messaged clearly to our employees.

responsibilities:

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:

  • Develop websites that clearly relay information. Ensure that they provide readers with the needed guidance as to next steps and answers questions they may have.
  • Manage data and information across multiple sites to ensure consistency. Determine unnecessary/obsolete info and ensure listed procedures are up to date
  • Develop and/or manage the creation of a variety of content types ? written, videos, presentations, etc. ? as needed to ensure that employees get relevant immigration information.
  • Serve as the internal communications and content expert. Knowledgeable about what needs to be updated, where, and how
 
qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree
  • 5+ years of professional experience working in a communications, content management role (in a legal/immigration field is preferable)
