The Payroll/HR Coordinator will be responsible for processing payroll for 100+ employees and managing all recruiting, new hires and benefit packages.Requirements:4+ years of HR, Benefits and Payroll experience. ADP Workforce Now is required! Can process payroll for 100+ employees on a bi-weekly basis. Handle all new hires and terminations, manage the benefits - medical, dental, FSA, 401k, cobra. Compliance - communicating changes to benefits to all employees.Recruit top talent. Implement and administer employee policies. Ad-hoc projects.Have the ability to work independently.Bachelor's Degree in HR Management.
