***Must be flexible to work between 8am-8pm Mon-Fri and 9am-5pm on weekends***

Pay Rate: $14.90-$18.57/hr ($30,992k-$38,625)

***PERM OPPORTUNITY***

Responsibilities:
-Guide drivers through the rental onboarding process
-Work closely with peers and third parties to organize onboarding events for Lyft Drivers
-Educate Drivers one on one and in groups
-Support Drivers with your knowledge of both the Lyft platform and NYC life and travel

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Skills:
-Team first attitude
-Expert customer service experience and Self-starter!
-High energy with an outgoing, social personality-you love talking to people!
-Excellent & clear communication skills (verbal and written)
-Strong attention to detail

Qualifications:
-2+ years of retail/CS experience dealing with complaints and customer resolution
-Bachelor??s degree preferred but not required
-Spanish proficiency preferred
-Retail, customer service, or vehicle rental experience
-Strong computer skills, proficient with Google Suite
