A major financial institution is hiring multiple entry-level Customer Service Reps in Beaverton. Please see position details below.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REP 1
Pay: $12.50/hour
Location: Beaverton, OR 97006
Start Date: 9/4 or 9/6
Duration: 8 months, temp to perm
Training: 5 weeks, Monday through Friday - 8:30 am to 5 pm
Schedule: Sundays and 1 weekday off - Monday through Friday - Shift will be between hours of 7 am and 7 pm, Saturday - 7 am to 1 pm

Responsibilities:
- Inbound call center - 40-45 calls/day to home equity loan customers
- Average call lasts almost 7 minutes
- There is some research involved on some of the calls and the call could last a lot longer than the 7 min

Example of Complex Call: Customer called yesterday whose original loan was through a different branch and the address on the loan was not correct - so they had to research and they found out that during the transition to the new bank, the address did not migrate over correctly. The employee would then submit the necessary requisition forms to get this information updated
Example of Simple Call: Assisting a customer with understanding their statement


Measured on:
QA - certain number of calls are monitored monthly, Breakaway Performance, and Loyalty surveys

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Skills:
- Customer service focus
- Retail and hospitality experience - banking is not required
- If have banking experience, it must be in a customer service capacity
- Ability to think for yourself
- Experienced with 1:1 interaction with customers
- Good people skills and professionalism
- Computer Savvy - navigating multiple systems and dual monitors
