Boothwyn, PA - Our growing client is looking for a full time direct hire Customer Service Representative!

Responsibilities:
-Fulfilling requests and answering questions for internal and external customers
-Responding to customer inquiries via email or on the phone
-Data entry of client information
-Electronic filing and retrieval of documents
-Maintaining and updating customer records
-Managing customer portfolios
-Research and analysis of documents
-Navigating quickly between multiple databases quickly and accurately


Shift: Mon-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Salary= $13-14/hr

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
QUALIFICATIONS
-High School Diploma or equivalent
-Listening skills and ability to communicate information in a clear, courteous, concise and logical manner
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (you will be tested)
-Excellent decision making, problem solving and analytical skills
-Proven customer service skills
-Bilingual is a plus!
