We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to join the billing department at a high volume call center in downtown Springfield!- If your are customer focused and looking for a career opportunity with a Fortune 100 company, this position is for you!- This is a contract to permanent position.- Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Responsibilities:
-Responsible for responding to inbound customer inquiries
-Assist customers with processing payments, offer billing solutions, etc
-Build rapport and educate the customer to assist them with their insurance needs
-Responsible for product offerings and education of company products and services such as eservice, different billing options, etc.
(no sales!)

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Skills:
Skills for Success:
-High School Diploma
-Minimum of 6 months of Customer Service experience
-Superior oral communications skills on the telephone
-Good written communication skills
-Problem solving ability
-Working knowledge of specified computer based applications such as word processing, spreadsheets and data bases.

The schedule will be determined two weeks in advance, Monday - Sunday.
