Randstad is currently seeking several Customer Service Representatives for a Fortune 100 Healthcare Company in San Antonio, TX. Interested candidates should apply to this posting with an updated copy of their resume, complete with relevant contact information. This position is a 3 month contract opportunity, paying $15/hour. Interested candidates must be available to work any shift between 8am to 6pm, Monday through Saturday.

Responsibilities:
+ Answering inbound calls as needed
+ Work on an outbound dialer system
+ Follow a script about medication adherence while talking to patients
+ Accurately document the call
+ Create tasks as needed based on how the call transpired
+ Other assigned call center duties as needed

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Skills:
+ High attention to detail
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office
+ Knowledge retention
+ Effective communication skills

Qualifications:
+ 2 years call center experience
+ 2 years customer service experience
+ High school diploma
+ Healthcare experience a plus
+ Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
