Our client a leading provider in the transportation industry is looking to had several Customer Service Representatives to their team. The ideal candidates for this role will be polished, professional and thrive in an atmosphere that requires multi tasking. This will be a 9-10 month long contract.

Responsibilities:
--Take incoming calls from customers regarding packages
--Resolve customer complaints and issues
--Provide status updates
--Assist in preparing proposals for customer leads
--Document information in the system
--Easily build and establish rapport over the phone

Working hours: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Skills:
--strong computer skills
--detail oriented
--ability to thrive in a fast paced atmosphere
--strong typing skills

Qualifications:
--1-2 years of complex customer service experience
--Ability to type 35-40 wpm
--Ability to pass a Basic Office Skills assessment at 85% or better
