Malvern, PA- Global Manufacturing client has a direct hire opening for a Customer Service- Account Quality Specialist.

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Salary= $40,000-$52,000

Responsibilities:
This person will be responsible for handling all customer service functions from quoting orders to processing payments to tracking shipments, etc. Ensuring the customers are receiving excellent communication regarding everything going on with their account is the number one focus.
- Responding to customers requests via phone and email
- Promote company products and put together quotes for customers
- Proactively identify areas to improve customer support processes
- Generate and sent out invoices
- Follow up on account payments and collect and clear credits and payments
- Identify customer technical requests and get them in touch with a technician
- Perform account reconciliations, research and resolve payment discrepancies
- Process credit card payments and adjustments
- Provide financial, clerical and administrative services to customers
- Provide overflow phone support to customer service reps and order processing teams when necessary

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
- CRM, ERP or SAP experience preferred
- Team player with a positive attitude and customer-first focus
- Ability to work independently, think strategically, and focus on multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to work in a queued email and phone environment and take on special projects

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience in a office environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Willing to take a personality assessment
