The right candidate will have an opportunity to establish significant relationships not only with external customers, but also internal co-workers.

Responsibilities:
Complete a high volume of daily outbound calls for scheduling deliveries at agent locations.
Enter all call information into the order management system according to standard operating procedures.
Update existing customer information, as needed.
Assist with entering order POD's into the Imaging database and classifying.
Display a high level of effort and commitment to performing work: operate effectively, within the organizational structure, demonstrate trustworthiness and responsible behavior.
Communicate professionally with all customers and co-workers.

Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service, organizational and interpersonal skills
Self-starter and able to work both independently and as a team member
Passion for supporting a customer-oriented business environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, and PowerPoint
High attention to detail, exceptional accuracy, action-oriented, ability to work within stringent timelines and to collaborate across departments to achieve results
Openness to change
Desire to develop into future positions within the organization

Office space, open cubical environment
Ability to work at office work station on computer for a full 8-hour day
Schedule 8:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday
