Responsibilities:
-Frequently answer phone calls and emails accurately and courteously
-Resolve customer service claims promptly and effectively
-Process and track orders
-Send proper correspondence via fax and email

Working hours: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

-Strong conflict resolution skills
-Detail oriented
-Very organized

Qualifications:
-High School Diploma or equivalent required
-Ability to work in fast paced environment
-Strong sense of urgency and ability to multitask
