A growing company in Hatboro is rapidly expanding and looking to add new Customer Specialist to their team!!! In this role you would be responsible for answering calls related to membership management. This is a PERMANENT position that starts out in a temp-to-hire capacity and we are looking for candidates with excellent people skills as soon as possible!!


Shifts vary between 9am-6pm and 12pm-8pm

Responsibilities:
- Taking inbound calls and providing customer service
- Following up with customers to make sure they are happy with their service
- Have a great time talking to and helping customers in an open call center environment

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Skills:
- Friendly phone demeanor
- Issue resolution
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Qualifications:
- Reliable transportation
- Good attitude
- Flexible to work during the week from 9am to 8pm.
- Hard worker
- Desire to move up
