The San Jose division of a reputable international semiconductor company is looking for a dynamic account executive to join their growing team. This client is a Fortune 1000 company in which you'd be working at their West Coast Sales office. This location has roughly 80 employees, which includes the SVP of Worldwide Sales. This role requires constant communication with international locations that support production and manufacturing. This is a permanent opportunity to be hired directly with the organization.

Responsibilities:
-- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external clients
-- Put in place processes and metrics to manage and track work across multiple clients
-- Assist with defining the role of account services, developing the systems, procedures and metrics needed to carry out this function
-- Create and implement strategic planning processes and integrate its use into all areas of business
-- Develop an understanding of clients??? business objectives and challenges while working directly with them to develop formal programs that support their business objectives
-- Serve as the liaison between the clients and the internal sales team
-- Communicate with clients about setting engagement objectives and metrics, developing components of engagements, coordinating activities and identifying changes in scope
-- Work closely with internal teams to ensure that project work is continually on track, while delivering results to clients, adhering to budgets and schedules and maintaining high quality-standards
-- Design, conduct, analyze and report primary and secondary research activities
-- Ensure that department objectives are in line with corporate objectives
-- Manage the day-to-day direction of client accounts, meet with clients, schedule appointments

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
-- Minimum Bachelor's Degree required
-- 3-5+ years of B2B Client Services experience required
-- Experience within the Semiconductor industry preferred, but not required
-- Intermediate to Advanced with MS Office Products
-- Extreme professionalism in communication, both written and verbal

Qualifications:

-- $75,000 to $90,000 (salaried position w/ some bonuses)
