Client in the Manchester area is seeking a service coordinator/ dispatcher. Larger HVAC/ refrigeration company with room for growth. This is a temp to hire role paying $18-20/hr. Please email jessica.hughes@randstadusa.com.

Responsibilities:
* make field service technicians schedule
* Receive and dispatch customer service calls
* Maintain accurate customer information in CRM
* Effectively handle customer escalations
* Process payroll
*Quote pricing

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Must have two or more years of dispatching experience. Customer service and math skills are required.
