We are looking for talented Call Center Specialists who possess strong communication and customer service skills for our Emergency Response and Concierge Service Center located in Burnsville, MN in a true temp to hire position!

Multiple shifts available, with rotating weekly schedule - Weekend availability a must!
Very strong benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401K and more! Permanent hire potential after 90 days!

Responsibilities:
-Calmly and professionally gather information from drivers or passengers of vehicles involved in a collision
-Maintain demeanor while dealing with high stress situations
-Effectively communicate pertinent information to Emergency Responders
-Assisting with various customer needs including GPS location tracking, renewing membership subscriptions, remotely unlocking vehicles, contacting roadside assistance.
-Documenting customer information
-Effective internet and search engine use to satisfy customer needs
-Maintain professional communication to both clients and internal team members

Qualifications:
*High School Diploma or equivalent
*1+ years of Public Safety Answering Point Experience
*1+ years of customer service experience (call center experience preferred!)
*Bi-Lingual a plus! (Spanish/ English or French Canadian/ English - premium pay with validation)
