responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining an accurate roster of program participants and the program calendar
  • Managing administrative responsibilities for the programs including creation of offer letters, candidate reimbursement process, production of meeting materials and other relevant administrative tasks
  • Tracking terminations and post program placements
  • Providing coordination support for large events in various locations across the country by securing facilities and catering, managing participants travel and accommodations and even set up
  • Processing expenses for program initiatives and events
  • Submit and track program compensation payments such as relocation, base salary adjustments and annual incentives
  • Partnering with relocation department to submit and track candidate reimbursements
  • Supporting all aspects of mentor programs inclusive of tracking participation and assisting with matching
  • Administering program surveys and synthesize results
  • Providing support with internal and external communication
  • Development of program newsletters
  • Managing shared program mailbox, folders and SharePoint sites
  • Support line of business specific committees/councils, events, projects, requests as needed
  • During peak seasons, working nontraditional hours and overtime
