Randstad is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant for our manufacturing client in the North Charleston area.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities will include booking travel, expense reports, conference room administrator, leadership meeting scheduling, creating PowerPoint presentations as needed for management, providing support to HR as needed (including initiating P.O.s), planning and executing employee activities and special events. Other duties and projects may be assigned as needed.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
High school diploma
Minimum of 3-5 years consecutive work history as an Administrative Assistant.
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
