A highly reputable non-profit company in Bloomfield, CT is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant. The salary is paying $19 per hour and is a full time role. Responsibilities:
Principle Duties & Responsibilities

Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for COO, as necessary
Handle domestic correspondence
Manage and coordinate COO calendar
Read and filter incoming domestic correspondence
Must be able to anticipate issues based upon content and alert the COO appropriately
Schedule meetings, prioritize and manage COOs time
Answer incoming calls; handle domestic calls; log calls and prioritize messages
Proof all documents and recommend changes when appropriate
Maintain files, record keeping systems and recommend changes as becomes necessary
Partner with the other Executive Assistants for Senior Staff Members to exchange information, coordinate activities and plan
Make sure open issues have regular follow-up
Use/develop a comprehensive follow-up system

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience +1 year required

Qualifications:
Requirements:
Must be a sophisticated user of Microsoft Office; PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook. PowerPoint and great writing skills is a MUST!
Should have previous experience as an Executive Assistant to a senior staff member. A background in finance or accounting and familiarity with financial reports is required. Manufacturing experience helpful. Must be highly motivated, able to work with minimal supervision. Supervisory experience a plus. Must be extremely organized.
