job description

High volume medical call center is hiring for 15 representatives to join their team.

Responsibilities:
Providing excellent customer service to providers and beneficiaries
Answering inquiries in regards to billing
Updating contact information
Escalating phone calls as necessary
Documenting clear and precise notes in regards to each call

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Skills:
Minimum 1 year of experience in medical billing, claims processing, medical call center, medical office, or similar experience
Above average communication skills
Computer literacy - ability to navigate through several systems and use dual monitors
Bilingual in any of the following languages would be helpful, but is not required: Korean, Arabic, Farsi, Vietnamese, Armenian, Hmong, Russian, Laotian, Cantonese, and Cambodian

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required - will be required to show proof within 24-48 hours of accepting position
Will consent to post offer background check and drug screen
Must be able to work Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm or 8:30am - 5:30pm
Be comfortable working in a structured environment
Be comfortable sitting for 8 hours a day
