Are you a recruiter with at least 2 years of experience with healthcare recruiting? Randstad is working with a Nationally Recognized Healthcare Organization looking for someone who is passionate about recruiting.

This office is located in 30339 (near the Brave's Stadium) with an amazing company culture and benefits. The salary will range between $45,000-65,000 with a bonus package as well. The salary will be based on your level of experience. The Recruiters (aka Sourcing Partners) will be $45,000-55,000 and the Team Lead salary will be $65,000-75,000.

The Recruiter is responsible for full life-cycle recruiting for Therapy related positions around the country. Duties include recruiting, screening and recommending placement of staff by using creative sourcing methods (internal and external). The Team Lead will manage the recruiters - travel will be required.

Responsibilities:
Partners with hiring manager to determine staffing needs.
Screens resumes, interviews candidates (by phone or in person), coordination of interviews with hiring manager, administers appropriate assessments and reference/background checking, makes recommendations for hire (or not hire) and delivers employment offers for both exempt and nonexempt position openings.
Uses traditional and nontraditional resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, etc., to identify and attract quality candidates.
Develops advertising programs (internal and external) to ensure high visibility with potential candidates.
Manages internal transfer process, including screening, coordination of interviews with hiring manager, transfer offer letters, etc.
Follows up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding recruiting process.
Develops and maintains an excellent relationship with internal and external clients to ensure achievement of staffing goals.
Communicates important employment information during delivery of employment offers (e.g., benefits, compensation, non-compete agreements).
Works with hiring managers to ensure compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations, including affirmative action plan compliance.
Manages current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Manages application/resume file and retention according to company policy.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
