A Concord area company is looking to fill several positions as a Housing Assistant. This position assists Contra Costa County residents with affordable housing. Temp-to-Perm $18/hour

Responsibilities:
??? Maintaining constant communication with landlords
??? Inputting/updating information pertaining to payment inquires in Microsoft Excel
??? Answering questions about the company and services rendered
??? Maintaining a high level of professionalism
??? Resolving customer complaints or issues they are having
??? Ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner
??? Providing excellent customer service at all times
??? Handling inbound/outbound phone calls

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
--Ability to do calculations using basic to intermediate math
--Computer literacy
--Type 40 WPM
--Excellent phone presence

Qualifications:
??? Some college experience(Required)
??? 2-5 years of experience working as an Office/Administrative Assistant
??? Excellent customer service skills
??? Ability to communicate information and ideas clearly, concisely on a professional level
??? highly motivated and detail orientated
??? Experience in Yardi (software) and affordable housing experience (preferred)
??? Ability to multi task and prioritize
??? Ability to adapt quickly to change
??? Flexibility with responsibilities
??? Effective written and verbal communication skills as well as proven presentation skills
??? Able to work as part of a team and also independently
